Panel 1: The new arrivals start fighting the manticore, while Dani stands, leaning against the car she was thrown against. RADIANCE: "One, maybe two cracked ribs." DANI: "Bruised at worst. Don't be so dramatic. I'll drink a potion about it." BG VOICES: "Watch the tail!" "Easy now" "It's mine!"
Panel 2: Dani looks down, touching a hand to her obviously dented breastplate. DANI: "Still, dent's better than a hole." SFX: RAAAARGH
Panel 3: Mira, holding her spell book is standing by the car, speaking to Dani. MIRA: "Listen— It's a "me" thing— It's not like you're not attractive." BG VOICES: "Screw you!" "Hey! Careful!" SFX: RAAAGHHH
Panel 4: Dani absorbs the statement.
Panel 5: Dani replies. DANI: "…Thanks."
Panel 6: Dani amiably waves off Mira's explanation. DANI: "Honestly, don't worry about it. Wouldn't be the first time I've picked up the wrong vibes from a straight girl." "Aren't these things poisonous?" " "That's a myth antidote sellers made up"
Panel 7: Mira, feeling a bit awkward, replies. MIRA: "Okay, I didn't say that." SFX: RAAAAGH
